District Enrollment Information

All students wishing to attend DaVinci Academy must complete an application and enrollment paperwork for the school year they wish to attend. After the application is submitted, you must provide a copy of each students birth certificate as well as record of vaccination. Students enrolling in the secondary program (7-12 grades) must provide the most recent transcript/report card available. Only complete applications will be considered for acceptance or placement on the waitlist.

Once accepted, families will receive instructions to create a parent account in the ASPIRE student information system. This account is used for course selection (grades 7–12) and for completing student registration, which begins August 1. Enrollment and registration are separate processes and are often confused.

DaVinci Academy accepts applications throughout the year and maintains a waitlist for students who wish to enroll if space becomes available. Students transferring to DaVinci must complete the online application and submit all required paperwork before being added to the waitlist.

Each year, DaVinci Academy typically enrolls 150–200 new students, including kindergarteners, seventh graders, and students in other grades where space is available. Applications open January 1, and acceptance notifications begin March 1 for the upcoming school year.
