Governor Herbert has announced that schools will not resume as usual in May. This means that the rest of our school year will continue to be conducted virtually. I know I speak for our entire staff that we are all devastated by this news.
I wanted to update you on a few ends of year items:
Curriculum Return week will be the week of May 11th. Site-specific details are coming from your ES this week.
Teachers will pack up students' belongings at the school and tag them. There will be a table at the front during the assigned day where parents can pick up any personal items.
Anything needing to be renewed for the curriculum will wait until the Fall.
Virtual class meetups will continue until May 15th.
May 20th-24th we will be holding a virtual last day of school. Details on the dates and times for these sessions will be coming soon!
Benchmarks are open right now until May 10th. Instructions have been emailed to you.
Please continue to submit curriculum progression through the student progress form for attendance.
If you ordered a Yearbook, it will be shipped directly to your house! Please contact Melissa Hawkins for any questions (email@example.com).
We miss all of our families and students! Please let me know if you have any questions.
